Work with local communities to build rehabilitation centers and educate communities on establishing a center, maintaining it, and offering it as a resource.

Educate and train people to support veterans through formal and informal programs.

Develop standards and classifications for rehabilitation centers in Ukraine to help organizations understand the capabilities and resources available.
